ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING SERVICES: PREVENT CORROSION ON THE MOST INTRICATE PARTS

For applications involving moderate to severe corrosion, Armoloy of Illinois’ mid-phosphorus electroless Nickel can be applied at precise deposit thicknesses of .0001 to .003″. A perfectly uniform deposit, electroless nickel coats threads, recessed areas, through holes, curves, and sharp angles evenly, maintaining close tolerances without edge build. With its ability to cover intricate parts uniformly, Armoloy’s electroless Nickel has proven ideal for applications that require additional protection from corrosion and wear, such as Oil and Gas, Chemical Production, Aerospace and Defense, and the Plastics Industry, to name a few.

Our Electroless Nickel coating will add upwards of a 45Rc hard deposit to your parts for additional surface wear protection. This, along with the improved corrosion resistance, will help extend the service life of your coated parts considerably. Additionally, the EN coating can be removed and re-applied as needed to extend the life of your components further. Electroless Nickel can be a low-cost alternative to corrosion-resistant substrates and expensive alloys.

Armoloy of IL also offers a high phosphorous Electroless Nickel formulation for extremely corrosive environments. This coating will surpass 1000 hours of salt fog testing in accordance with ASTM B117.
